- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags and labels intact.

- Customised or personalised products.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required to process returns.
Return Process

- Inspection: All returned items will undergo a quality inspection. Zayushi Ltd reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the conditions stated above.

Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, Zayushi Ltd will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, a store credit or bank transfer option will be provided.
- Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error by Zayushi.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details. Zayushi will replace the item or issue a refund after verification.
Final Decision
Zayushi reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above terms. This policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
